Kwa Phumla Laundry Services (Pty) Ltd is a locally owned laundry service in Matatiele, offering washing, drying and related laundry services, including collection and delivery within Matatiele.
Currently available in English. isiXhosa and Sesotho versions are being prepared.
Consumer protection
We operate in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Customers are entitled to fair, honest and reasonable service.
Any complaints may be directed to us using our contact details. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints promptly.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Liability
We take reasonable care in handling all garments. However:
- Customers must inform us of delicate fabrics or special washing instructions.
- We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed garment defects, weak fabrics, or incorrect care labels.
- Liability for loss or damage will not exceed the value of the garment as reasonably determined.
